Return Process

Log in to your SM Appliance account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return/Exchange' option to submit a formal request with photos of the item.
- 2.Verification and Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request and technical documentation within 48 hours to confirm if the product meets the eligibility criteria for return.
- 3.Item Collection
Once approved, we will schedule a professional courier to pick up the appliance from your location or provide instructions for dropping it off at the nearest SM Appliance branch.
- 4.Processing and Refund
After the returned item undergoes a final physical inspection, we will process your replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
